Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Campa’s website, applications, and services for lead capture, CRM, AI-assisted conversations, and WhatsApp campaigns.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Using Campa

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account information. If you use Campa for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Campa may update features, limits, or documentation as the Services evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect your use of the Services.

2. Your workspace and content

You are responsible for your account credentials, your workspace settings, and the content you connect, upload, generate, or send through Campa. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to contact the people in your lists.

You retain ownership of your content. You give Campa the limited permission needed to host, transmit, analyse, and otherwise process it to provide the Services, including generating responses from your configured documents and executing workflows you request.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Campa to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe our systems, or interfere with the Services.
  • Do not collect or use contact information without an appropriate legal basis, notice, and consent where required.
  • Follow Meta, WhatsApp, and other connected-provider policies, including rules for opt-in, templates, quality, and marketing messages.
  • Do not use AI-generated output as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

4. WhatsApp and third-party services

Campa relies on third-party services, including Meta and WhatsApp Business, to deliver some functionality. Their availability, approvals, pricing, limits, and policies are outside Campa’s control. A provider may suspend or restrict an account or message without Campa being able to prevent or reverse it.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms of every service you connect and for obtaining the permissions required to send messages or synchronise data.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid features are billed according to the plan and pricing shown when you subscribe. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, usage charges, taxes, and other agreed amounts. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel future renewals through the available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material breach.

6. AI features

Campa’s AI features generate suggestions and automated responses from the instructions, documents, and data you provide. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing automated workflows, configuring appropriate handover rules, and monitoring messages sent to your customers.

7. Intellectual property

Campa and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, and related materials. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by us.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campa disclaims warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or satisfy every business requirement. Campa is not responsible for third-party outages, policy decisions, message delivery failures, or content and instructions supplied by you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Campa’s total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to Campa for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@campa.ai. We may contact you at the email address associated with your account about the Services, security, billing, or changes to these Terms.
